The work performed at this project involved constructing a 2600 SF vault to house new high voltage substation, interior space demolition and renovations, site work, demolition of the facility’s medium voltage switchgear, outdoor pad mounted transformers, duct bank installation, retrofit/replacement of all of the facilities Federal Pacific electric panel boards and transformers, standby power system (less generator), related distribution equipment, and branch wiring to lighting fixtures, and power and lighting general space requirements, plumbing, gas piping, HVAC equipment installation and modification, fire suppression and alarm system modifications.
